In view of the most recent government guidance we have closed Luccombe Villa for April 2020.

We must apologise for our delay in dealing with communications from guests in respect of their bookings. With international borders closing, Miles and I only just managed to return home after attending my nephew's wedding in New Zealand. 

We will be applying for government assistance for businesses in the hospitality sector. If successful this will enable us to refund monies paid in respect of guests bookings in April where those guests don't wish to transfer their bookings to a date in the future. We will review whether we need to remain closed after the end of April on a week by week basis. In the meantime, we will aim to reply to all phone messages and emails in person.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

Luccombe Villa Holiday Apartments occupy a wonderful, quiet position just a short stroll from Shanklin Chine, Rylstone Gardens, Shanklin Old Village and Appley Steps which lead down to Shanklin's sandy beaches and waterfront pubs. 

The nine self-catering holiday apartments range in size from one to three bedrooms. They are spacious, well equipped and all benefit from free wifi. Some apartments have private outside areas. 

All guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (heated from May half term to August) set in the secluded garden. Luccombe Villa lies on the Island's famous Coastal Path which you can follow to Bonchurch, Ventnor and, finally, to the south tip of the Island.

Pets welcome free of charge. Please select this as an optional extra when completing the online booking form.
